40-Hour Divorce Mediation Skills Training
The first step in learning the skills and knowledge necessary to mediate parenting plans, custody issues, child support, spousal support, and many other topics that people need to decide when separating, this course also provides training in domestic violence that many courts and mediation programs require.
The Art and Science of Advanced Family Mediation Issues
A series of advanced training courses are offered to those who have completed a basic mediation training. These course focus on specific topics such as dealing with high conflict couples, cultural issues in mediation, advanced financial issues, and more.

The first step in becoming a divorce and family mediator, this course is approved by the Association for Conflict Resolution and is accepted by many courts and mediation programs to meet the requirements to meet the basic training requirements for roster membership.
Advanced Mediation Training
Following basic training, obtaining advanced training in a variety of areas is highly recommended. Your background and experience will determine on what areas to focus.
Mental Health Continuing Education &
Continuing Legal Education Credits
Mental Health Professionals - Programs are co-sponsored by the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association. The IMHCA is licensed by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation to provide 40 CE's for LSWs, LCSWs, LPCs, LCPCs, and LMFTs.
Attorneys - Programs may be used to satisfy the State of Illinois's twenty- and thirty-hour CLE requirements and also fulfills 3 hours of the professionalism requirement.
